Indiana employers interested in hiring refugees, SIVs, and asylees can be assured that they require no sponsorship, are fully authorized by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to work in the U.S. and are eligible for any position not requiring U.S. Citizenship.
Refugees are recognized for their strong work ethic and commitment to becoming self-sufficient. Refugees also contribute their diverse vocational backgrounds and expertise to the workplace
We work with Indiana employers to provide them with:
- Education on the value of hiring refugees
- Pre-screening of applicants
- Assistance during the hiring process
- Interpreters for training or orientation
- On-site follow-up
Exodus’s Employment Services specialize in the placement of refugees, asylees, Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders, Certified Victims of Human Trafficking, and Cuban/Haitian Parolees in the Indianapolis area. Exodus works with both small business owners and large national companies in Indiana to create successful partnerships.
