Program Summary:

When refugees arrive in the United States, their journey with the U.S. immigration system is not done. Helping clients navigate our country’s complex legal system gives them more long-term stability.

The Exodus legal program is designed to help refugees and other immigrants of humanitarian navigate the next stages of our immigration system, including obtaining their green cards, reuniting with family members still waiting to come to the United States, and becoming citizens.

Sometimes, our legal program also assists clients in filing applications for asylum or temporary protected status (TPS), both of which give immigrants of humanitarian concern the option to live safely in Indiana.
