Exodus’s Case Management Services provide individualized, trauma-informed support to Refugees, Asylees, Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders, and other humanitarian immigrants during their critical resettlement and integration period. Case managers conduct initial needs assessments and develop service plans covering core areas that may include housing placement, public benefits enrollment, school registration, medical & mental health navigation, and employment services. Case managers act as the primary point of coordination between clients and the broader network of legal, medical, mental health, and workforce partners, tracking progress toward client goals and milestones.
If you or someone you know is a new humanitarian immigrant here in Indiana and might benefit from case management support, please reach out to our office to set up an enrollment intake by calling 317-921-0836.
